• Represented numerous international manufacturing and distribution companies in directing start-up phase of operations, including leasing, buying, and building in Mexico, and obtained visas for international managers and executives as transfers of multinational companies



• Developed clients subpoenaed by U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) regarding manufacturing operations in Mexico



• Represented industrial medical clinic in expanding operations along California border, and in the establishment of bi-national healthcare clinics and hospitals in Mexico and rural California



• Represented joint venture partner in development of condominium commercial shopping center



• Represented multinational company in debt reorganization plan in U.S. federal bankruptcy proceedings



• Representing U.S. and Mexican agent of international courier and package delivery company in NAFTA related import/export matters
